Concert FAQs

May I purchase tickets online?

Yes!  Head to Eventbrite to learn more about the concert offerings and to purchase tickets.

I actually would prefer to pay in person.  Is that an option?

Yes.  You may call St. John’s to learn more about paying by check via mail or at the church.  Our number is 202.338.1796.  You may pick up your ticket at the will call desk on the day of the performance.

I realized that I have a conflict and cannot make the concert.  Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately, our tickets are not refundable.  The church has limited seating, so we have to turn others away when we sell out.  Know that your ticket purchase goes to a good cause–the proceeds support the St. John’s music program and make it possible to have beautiful music each Sunday and special events like the concerts!  You may, however, donate unused tickets to the music office so someone else can enjoy the performance.

I purchased a ticket online.  What now?

You should receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite, the service we use to organize our tickets.  Simply show the Eventbrite email at the door the day of the performance.  You may print the ticket or display it on your cell phone.

The weather looks bad.  Is there an inclement weather plan?

If the weather is questionable, we will send an email to those who have purchased tickets confirming or cancelling the performance.
